BLT pasta salad

Makes about 6 servings.
Ingredients
- 375 g rotini or fusilli
- 2 cups chopped romaine
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 8 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- black pepper to taste
- creamy poppyseed dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Combine with all ingredients in a large bowl.
Notes
- Keep the dressing separate until you’re ready to eat. If you want leftovers, put half in a separate bowl without dressing.
