Berry crisp

Makes around 10 servings.
Ingredients
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 50 g sugar
- 160 g brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup butter, melted
Filling
- 4 1/2 cups frozen berries
- 1/4 cup flour
- 50 g sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Mix topping ingredients together in a bowl.
- Stir filling ingredients together in another bowl.
- Pour filling into a Pyrex dish and spread the topping on top of it.
- Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown and berries are bubbling through the topping a little bit.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- If making ahead, it’s fine to leave covered on the counter for a day.
- Freeze leftovers in small portions and thaw in the microwave.
