Easy stir fry

Makes about 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb beef or chicken
- 1 small yellow onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cm ginger, minced
- 1/3 cup roasted peanuts, shelled
- 1 tbsp oil
Sauce
- 3/4 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Start cooking meat in a frying pan.
- In another pan, fry onions in oil on medium heat. Once softened, add garlic, ginger, and broccoli. Add a splash of water to help steam broccoli.
- Once both are ready, combine both pans and stir in sauce and peanuts.
- Serve with rice.
