Guacamole

Ingredients

• 1 very ripe avocado
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 tbsp finely chopped white onion
• 1 tbsp lime or lemon juice (optional)
• pinch salt
• tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

1. Scoop out the avocado and mash to your desired consistency.
2. Combine with the rest of the ingredients.

Notes

• For a half recipe, cut the avocado on its “equator” to minimize the exposed area. Remove the pit and store the unused half cut side down on a plate in the fridge. Don’t bother with lemon juice, olive oil, or other tricks.
