This course is made up of five units. Equilibrium is the most difficult; organic chemistry is all about memorization. The last unit is short and it is evaluated only on the exam. There is a lot of homework during the entire course, and I suggest you do all of it. There are seven labs in the first half of the course, a week-long lab exam in the middle, and one more regular lab near the end. Around the same time as the lab exam is the independent portion of the organic unit—do not leave it to the last minute. Start it at least week in advance (better yet, two weeks).
